We rarely get the time to talk to peers about the craft of teaching. Why?
We can seek the advice and expertise of others too…
When we do either, or preferably both, we learn a lot from each other. Every time.

ReplyDeleteProfessional development is so important to "sharpen your saw". I have found nothing but inspiration and ideas when the opportunity to connect with peer teachers. I wish that important part to teaching was scheduled in more aggressively.

ReplyDeleteand wish that the PD that they DO schedule was a tad bit relevant. too often it misses the boat.
