Reflection Day 3

Group gabbing!

Coming off our podcast the night before called 'Don't Lecture Me,' we switched gears to do just that.

Group discussions, problems solving, and sharing about the craft of teaching in a busy world.

Some brave admissions and connections…

We rarely get the time to talk to peers about the craft of teaching. Why?

We can seek the advice and expertise of others too…

When we do either, or preferably both, we learn a lot from each other. Every time.

  2. Professional development is so important to "sharpen your saw". I have found nothing but inspiration and ideas when the opportunity to connect with peer teachers. I wish that important part to teaching was scheduled in more aggressively.

  3. Small group work/discussion work best to me too!
